糖尿病肾病个体化血液透析的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Individualized Hemodialysis of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的研究糖尿病肾病患者实施个性化血液透析的临床疗效。方法选取该院2016年2月—2017年2月收治的糖尿病肾病患者共34例作为该次对比试验的研究对象,现将其分为对照组和观察组,每组患者17例,给予对照组患者常规的血液透析治疗,观察组则指定个性化血液透析治疗。结果进行个性化血液透析后,患者的肌酐和尿素氮得到了明显的控制,贫血程度也有所改善(P<0.05),观察组透析后出现不良症状的情况较少(P<0.05)。结论个性化血液透析对糖尿病肾病患者的临床治疗效果较为乐观,能够改善患者的健康程度和生活质量,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To research the clinical curative effect of individualized hemodialysis of diabetic nephropathy. Methods 34 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 17 cases in each, the control group used the routine hemodialysis treatment, while the observation group used the individualized hemodialysis. Results After the individualized hemodialysis,the creatinine and urea nitrogen of patients were obviously controlled, and the anemia degree was also improved（P〈0.05）,and the adverse symptoms after hemodialysis in the observation group were lower（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical treatment effect of individualized hemodialysis in treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy is optimistic, which can improve the health degree and quality of life of patients, and it is of clinical application value.
