摘要
平煤股份十矿是煤与瓦斯突出矿井,为实现高突工作面高产高效,采取了切实可行的瓦斯综合治理措施,本文以21210工作面为例,阐述采用改善通风方式、开采保护层、水力冲孔、水力割缝、煤壁浅孔抽放、底抽巷、高位预抽巷抽采等瓦斯治理措施,有效减少巷道布置工程量,缓解了平煤股份十矿综采工作面接替紧张,同时消除突出危险,有效预防瓦斯突出和瓦斯超限事故。
The Ten Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Limited Company is a coal and gas outburst mine. In order to achieve high production and high efficiency in the high process face, a practical and feasible gas comprehensive treatment measure has been taken. Taking the 21210 working face as an example, this paper expounds the measures to improve the ventilation method, mining protection layer, hydraulic punching, hydraulic slotting, shallow hole drainage of coal wall, bottom drainage, high position pre pumping and other gas drainage measures, effectively reducing the amount of roadway layout, relieving the replacement tension of the Ten Mine fully mechanized coal mining face, at the same time eliminate the outburst danger and effectively prevent gas outburst and gas overrun accidents.
