摘要
煤层注水一直是煤矿生产中为了降低煤尘浓度超限的主要手段之一,针对同忻煤矿特厚煤层中的传统注水降尘方式效果不佳的问题,本文通过数据模拟的手段研究影响煤层注水湿润半径的各类影响因素,通过数值模拟结果结合矿井实际,最终确立了选取双向、高低位钻孔,静、动压循环加压的方式对8103工作面进行煤层注水作业,并取得了良好的效果。
In the production of coal mine, coal seam water injection has been one of the main means to reduce dust concentration overrun. To solve the problem that the traditional water injection dust way is not useful enough to reduce the dust in the ultra-thick coal seam of Tongixn Coal Mine, in this article, by the means of data simulation study of wetting radius of all kinds of influence factors affecting coal seam affusion, through the results of numerical simulation combined with the mine reality, we finally established bidirectional, high and low drilling, static and dynamic pressure circulation pressurization way to inject water into the 8103 working face, and we achieved good results.
