摘要
本文从山西煤炭进出口集团有限公司(以下简称山煤集团)洗煤废水处理实验入手,对微波直接处理洗煤废水,以及微波辅助生成PAC与生物絮凝剂复合材料对洗煤废水处理的效果进行分析,并分别阐述其作用机理。经过试验分析,可以确定在pH值为6的环境下,采用640W功率的微波对洗煤废水进行4min的辐射是有效的废水处理方法。在新的絮凝材料方面,可以将PAC与生物絮凝剂经过微波处理来处理洗煤废水。
This article first discussed experiment of coal-washing waste water treatment in Shanxi Coal Import and Export Group Co., LTD., analyzing the microwave treatment of coal washing waste water directly, as well as generating microwave PAC and biological composite flocculant treatment of coal washing waste-water, expounding its mechanism of action. Through test analysis, it can be determined that under the pH value of 6, it is an effective waste water treatment method to radiate coal washing waste water for 4 minutes with 640 W power microwave. In the aspect of new flocculating materials, PAC and bioflocculant can be treated by microwave to treat coal washing wastewater.
