摘要 田陈煤矿选煤厂洗水闭路循环系统的补加水由矿井水处理系统供给,矿井水处理系统所产生的尾煤泥由选煤厂进行回收处理。但由于两系统的加药种类及流程管理不同,致使二级洗水闭路循环存在诸多问题。因此,田陈煤矿统一两水处理系统所用凝聚剂的种类,正确使用凝聚剂(AlCl_3),合理调配,统筹处理。最终,两水处理系统均获得合格工业用水。 The supplementary water of the closed water circuit system of coal preparation plant in Tianchen Coal Mine is supplied by the mine water treatment systems, and The coal preparation plant can dispose of the slime produced by the mine water treatment systems. However, due to the different dosages and process management of the two system, leading to the problem that the secondary water closed-circuit circulation has many problems. Therefore, the types of coagulants used in the two water treatment system of Tianchen Coal Mine are properly used, AlCl3 is properly used, and rational allocation is made. Finally, the two water treatment system has obtained qualified industrial water.
