四相曲轴步进式秸秆输送与除杂机理分析及装置研制 被引量:1

摘要 为改善成捆长秸秆输送过程中不均匀堆积与硬质颗粒夹杂问题,设计并研制一种四相曲轴步进式秸秆输送与除杂装置。将杂质颗粒简化为互不影响质点,利用动力学分析物料输送过程中夹杂杂质颗粒在筛板上受力与运动形式,利用ADAMS运动仿真分析成捆长秸秆输送与均匀化机理。试验表明,新型输送与除杂装置可实现成捆长秸秆高效输送与均匀化,有效筛分其中夹杂杂质,将筛板上秸秆垂直高度差控制在40 mm内。 In order to improve the problems of uneven accumulation of bundle straws and inclusion of hard particles in the process of conveying, the four-phase crankshaft step device for conveying and impurities removing was designed and developed. Impurities were simplified as particles that did not affect each other, the force and motion form of impurity particles on the sieve plate were analyzed in the process of transportation by using dynamics and mechanisms for transportation and homogenization of straws were also analyzed by ADAMS motion simulation. The results indicated that the new kind of device could achieve the conveying and uniformity of straw fleetly and remove impurities effectively. And the vertical height difference of the straws conveyed on the sieve plate could be controlled in 40 mm.
