摘要
探索提高磺胺醋酰钠收率的方法,以提高实验室教学效果。在以磺胺和醋酐为主要原料合成磺胺醋酰钠的基础上,加入4-二甲氨基吡啶进行催化反应,得到白色结晶6.82g,最终收率为57.69%。说明采用这种制备磺胺醋酰钠的方法效率更高。
Objective To explore the method of increasing the yield of sulfacetamide sodium so as to improve the effect of laboratory teaching.Methods Based on the synthesis of sulfacetamide sodium with sulfanilamide and acetic anhydride as the main raw materials,the catalytic reaction of 4-dimethylaminopyridine was added.As a result,6.82 g of white crystals were obtained with a final yield of 57.69%.Conclusion This method of preparing sodium sulfacetamide is more efficient.
