化工生产中提高煤质分析准确度的探讨

摘要 随着社会的不断发展和进步,国家对于能源的依赖越来越强烈,煤炭作为当前最主流的能源,对社会现代化发展做出巨大的贡献。煤炭并不是由单一组分构成的,介于煤炭的多组分性和性质多样性,为了最大程度地发挥煤炭中各个组分的作用,提高煤炭利用率,有必要对煤质各个组分进行有效的分析,因此煤质分析也成为化工生产中重要的组成部分。主要对提高化工生产中煤质分析准确度进行详细的分析,通过制样、溶液配制以及先进检测技术的应用,以此提高煤质分析的准确度。 With the continuous development and progress of the society,the country has become more and more powerful for energy.As the most mainstream energy,coal has made great contributions to the development of social modernization.As we all know,coal is not composed of a single component,which is in the middle of the multi component and nature diversity of coal,for the maximum.It is necessary to analyze each component of coal effectively,so it is necessary to analyze each component of coal effectively.Therefore,the analysis of coal quality is an important part of chemical production.In this paper,the accuracy of coal quality analysis in chemical production is analyzed in detail,and it is prepared by making sample and solution by solution.And the application of advanced detection technology,in order to improve the accuracy of coal quality analysis.
