摘要
随着油田进入开发中后期,地层能量不足,油井产量下降,后备潜力匮乏,严重地威胁着油田的稳产、增产。但是常规射孔对物性较差的储层射孔后效果不理想,而射流喷孔是在高压高速携砂液注入条件下借助喷射工具,将压力能转化为动能,利用高速流体冲击形成射孔通道,依次射穿套管、水泥环及地层,从而完成水力射孔,在地层中形成清洁的流体通道,降低油气井表皮因数,提高油气井完善程度和地层渗透率,对油井增产效果显著。
With the development of oilfields in the middle and late stages of development,the energy of the formation is insufficient,the production of wells is declining,and the reserve potential is scarce,which seriously threatens the stable production and increase of production of the oil fields.However,the conventional perforation is not ideal for the perforation of reservoirs with poor physical properties,and the jet perforation is the injection of high-pressure high-speed carrier fluids to convert the pressure energy into kinetic energy,and the high-speed fluid impact is used to form perforations.The channels,in turn,penetrate the casing,cement ring,and stratum to complete the hydraulic perforation,form a clean fluid channel in the formation,reduce the skin factor of the oil and gas wells,improve the integrity of the oil and gas wells and the formation permeability,and have a significant effect on the oil well production.
