摘要
大港油田第三采油厂油水井作业发现,油管重度腐蚀导致作业性质改变(大修)、难度成倍增、作业周期延长和作业成本上升。油管所处的介质环境复杂,地层流体所含的CO_2、H_2S、无机盐等对油管形成长期的酸碱盐综合腐蚀,加之井温、管柱应力作用等因素,导致井下油管大面积或局部穿孔、破裂、断落(井)、管壁变薄等。
The operation of oil and water wells in the No.3 Oil Production Plant of Dagang Oilfield discovered that severe corrosion of the tubing resulted in changes in the nature of operations(overhaul),doubled difficulty,extended cycle times,and increased operating costs.The medium environment where the oil pipe is located is complicated.The CO2,H2S,and inorganic salts contained in the formation fluid form a long-term acid-base salt corrosion on the oil pipe.In addition,factors such as the temperature of the well and the stress on the pipe string lead to large-area or partial perforation of the downhole oil pipe.,cracking,breaking(wells),thinning of the wall,etc.
