摘要
介绍了乙炔装置部分氧化天然气副产物炭黑的生产工艺,分析了其缺点,提出了解决资源环境保护和综合利用问题的对策。它不仅解决了副产物炭黑废水的污染问题,而且产生了显著的经济价值。从工业炭黑在中国的应用出发,乙炔副产炭黑在天然气处理的不足是采用该技术并结合实际生产情况进行了分析,并讨论了过程方法。研究了副产物炭黑综合利用的可行性,以最大限度地利用炭黑。
The production process of carbon black for partial oxidation of natural gas by acetylene unit was introduced,its shortcomings were analyzed,and the countermeasures to solve the problem of resource environment protection and comprehensive utilization were put forward.It not only solved the pollution problem of by-product carbon black wastewater,but also produced significant economic value.On the basis of the application of industrial carbon black in China,the deficiency of acetylene by-product carbon black in natural gas treatment is the use of this technology and the actual production conditions are analyzed,and the process method is discussed.The feasibility of comprehensive utilization of by-product carbon black was studied in order to maximize the utilization of carbon black.
