类绢云母在胎侧胶中的应用

摘要 研究了类绢云母在胎侧胶配方中的应用,部分替代炭黑后,对胶料的硫化加工性能、力学性能、生热性能和导热性能。结果表明,以一定量的类绢云母替代炭黑后,材料能保持力学性能不变,而且提高其导热性能。同时,DMA的结果还证实了在部分替代后材料的生热降低。 The application of Sericite in the formula of lateral gum was studied.After partial substitution of carbon black,the vulcanization,physical and mechanical properties,thermal properties and thermal conductivity of the rubber were studied.The results show that after a certain amount of Sericite is used instead of carbon black,the material can maintain mechanical properties and improve its thermal conductivity.At the same time,the results of DMA also confirmed the decrease of heat generation after partial substitution.
