摘要 基建项目的增多,使得近些年国内压力管道项目也不断增加。不过因压力管道受到内在与外在诸多因素的影响经常会出现安全问题,所以必须引起高度的重视。在科技的推动下,如今的无损检测技术已经趋于成熟。作为一项能够探伤压力管道的重要技术,无损检测具有检测全面、非破坏的优点,所以能够在保障设备和管道正常运行的基础上,完成压力管道问题检测并修复。主要以无损检测技术为出发点,分析常用压力管道的无损检测技术,探讨其具体应用。 The increase in infrastructure projects has led to a continuous increase in domestic pressure pipeline projects in recent years.However,because the pressure pipeline is often subject to safety issues due to internal and external factors,it must be highly valued.With the promotion of science and technology,today's nondestructive testing technology has matured.As an important technology that can detect pressure pipelines,non-destructive testing has the advantages of comprehensive and non-destructive testing,so it can complete the detection and repair of pressure pipeline problems on the basis of ensuring the normal operation of equipment and pipelines.In this paper,the non-destructive testing technology is taken as the starting point to analyze the non-destructive testing technology of common pressure pipelines and to discuss their specific applications.
