摘要
针对现今雌二醇传感器的缺点,利用丝网印刷技术制备的MWNT/CTAB修饰的即抛型雌二醇丝印传感器选用0.1M的p H=11.0的Na_2CO_3/硼砂缓冲液作为反应缓冲体系,基本可以达到对常规血样中雌二醇特异测定的目的,具有应用于生物样品检测的潜力。
In view of the shortcomings of current estradiol sensors,a MWNT/CTAB modified disposable estradiol silk screen sensor prepared by screen printing technology was selected as a reaction buffer system using 0.1 M Na2CO3/borax buffer,pH 11.0.Basically,it can achieve the purpose of specific determination of estradiol in routine blood samples,and has the potential to be applied to the detection of biological samples.
