This paper analyzes the verification and specific methods of safety valves in petrochemical plants,combined with the current situation of safety valves,and introduces the main causes and harm caused by the failure of the safety valves.Combined with these contents,several safety valve check methods are summarized,including off-line check,field thermal check and on-line check.Finally,the development trend of safety valve check in petrochemical plant is discussed.It is hoped that the analysis of these contents can help the safe and stable operation of petrochemical enterprise equipment.
