摘要
通过分析海上某油田的4X11DAD-10型高压注水泵转子部件进行国产化改造的应用实例,对该泵耐磨副材料实际的选取以及实验方式进行分析,还有化验以及分析结果,对耐磨副材料选用的相关状况进行分析并且处理。
By analyzing the application examples of the 4 X11 DAD-10 high-pressure water-supplying water pump rotor parts of an oil field in the sea,the practical selection of the wear-resistant materials of the pump and the test methods are analyzed,as well as the test results and analysis results.The relevant conditions of wear-resistant secondary materials are analyzed and processed.
