以前联合站在修理设备,机泵放空,密闭容器投产进液时都需要放空排液,老办法就是用桶接,满了拎走倒入污油缸,完了再接,费时费力,来回拎倒还易洒落废液污染环境,而且这是体力活,还要有速度。又由于密闭容器投产进液时需要放空排净气体见液后才可投入运行,用桶接易喷溅,而且得需两人配合看着放气,经常由于没配合好,而发生跑冒现象。需要大量的人力物力来收拾处理。为了解决上述安全隐患问题,研制了"泵站便捷式放空排液收集装置"。
