摘要
扬子石化200万t/a渣油加氢装置第二周期使用抚研院开发的FZC系列催化剂,累计运行548d。18个月运行结果表明:在原油劣质化程度越来越深的情况下,FZC系列催化剂在运行中后期表现良好,加氢常渣中硫、氮、残炭、金属(Ni+V)均能满足下游催化裂化装置要求,为企业创造了较好的经济效益。
In the second cycle of Yangzi Petrochemical's 2.0 Mt/a residual oil hydrogenation unit,FZC series catalysts developed by Fuxi Academy were used and accumulated for 548 days.The 18-month operation results show that FZC series catalysts perform well in the late stage of operation when the degree of deterioration of crude oil is getting deeper and deeper,and sulfur,nitrogen,carbon residue,and metal(Ni+V)in the hydrogen residue slag Satisfy the requirements of the downstream catalytic cracking unit and create better economic benefits for the company.
