摘要
现代工业中压力容器作用越来越重要,压力容器承载介质的危险性,自身具有高温高压特点,引发事故的灾难性。直接影响国民经济发展和社会生活安定。为了有效地预防事故,评定使用过程中会不可避免的裂纹缺陷。针对压力容器缺陷评定传统方法工作量大,实现压力容器缺陷评定可行性分析,提高评定结果准确性和可靠性,检测工作过程的效率。使用MATLAB神经网络工具箱仿真压力容器缺陷评定新方法,运用人工神经网络方法压力容器缺陷,为压力容器缺陷安全评定问题提供新的思路和解决方法。
The role of pressure vessels in modern industry is becoming more and more important.The pressure vessels bear the dangers of medium and they are characterized by high temperature and high pressure.The catastrophic events that caused serious accidents have a direct impact on the development of the national economy and the stability of social life.In order to effectively prevent accidents,cracks that are inevitable in the process are used.Aiming at the large workload of traditional methods for pressure vessel defect assessment,the feasibility assessment of pressure vessel defect assessment is realized,the accuracy and reliability of the assessment results are improved,and the efficiency of the work process is tested.This paper uses the MATLAB neural network toolbox to simulate the new method of pressure vessel defect assessment,uses the artificial neural network method for the pressure vessel defects,and provides new ideas and solutions for solving the safety assessment of pressure vessel defects.
