稀硝装置锅炉给水电导率高的原因及控制

摘要 我厂稀硝酸装置采用以氨为原料生产稀硝酸的双加压法工艺。为合理回收反应热采用废热锅炉副产中压蒸汽(3.65MPa、380℃)用于驱动蒸汽透平,蒸汽自给有余,送厂4.0MPa蒸汽管网。结合废热锅炉生产实际情况,对锅炉炉水电导高的因素进行了分析和总结,提出了一些操作和改进措施,起到了降低电导率的效果。 The dilute nitric acid plant in our factory adopts the double-pressurization process that uses ammonia as raw material to produce dilute nitric acid.In order to recover the reaction heat reasonably,the medium-pressure steam(3.65 MPa,380℃)produced by the waste heat boiler is used to drive the steam turbine.The steam is more than self-sufficient,and the plant is supplied with a 4.0 MPa steam pipe network.This paper combines the actual situation of waste heat boiler production,analyzes and summarizes the factors that lead to high water consumption in boiler furnaces,and proposes some operations and improvement measures to reduce the conductance.
