摘要
探讨不同采样方法在空气净化器除菌性能检测中的应用效果。方法 :应用液体撞击式微生物气溶胶采样器和六级筛孔撞击式空气微生物采样器进行空气自然菌采样实验、以及不同菌种(金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌以及白色葡萄球菌等)的采样实验,对比不同采样方法对于空气自然菌和人为释放的微生物气溶胶的实验结果。结果 :在空气自然菌采样实验中,液体撞击采样法和六级筛孔撞击式采样法的采样结果无显著差异(P>0.05)。在人为释放的微生物气溶胶的实验中,初始浓度的采样实验结果存在差异性(P<0.05),而2h后的采样实验结果无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 :在空气净化器除菌性能实验中,液体撞击采样法和六级筛孔撞击式采样法对空气自然菌的除菌性能检测均有着良好的实用性,而在人为释放的微生物气溶胶除菌性能检测中则应该使用六级筛孔撞击式采样法进行采样。
To explore the application effect of different sampling methods in the detection of air purifiers.Methods :the sampling test of the air natural bacteria and the sampling tests of different strains(Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus ALIAE,etc.)were carried out by the liquid impact microorganism aerosol sampler and the six stage sieve hole impact air microorganism sampler,and the different sampling methods were compared to the natural bacteria and the air bacteria.Experimental results of artificially released microbial aerosols.Results :there was no significant difference in the sampling results between the liquid impact sampling method and the six stage sieve impingement sampling method(P〉 0.05).In the experiment of artificial release of microbial aerosol,the experimental results of initial concentration were different(P〈 0.05),but there was no significant difference between samples after 2 H(P〉 0.05).Conclusion :in the test of the performance of the air purifier,the liquid impact sampling method and the six stage sieve hole impact sampling method have good practicability for the detection of the bacteria removal performance of the air natural bacteria,while the six stage impact sampling method should be used in the human released microbial aerosol performance detection.
