摘要
针对公司硫回收系统阻力增高现象提出了针对性改造方案,通过更换冷凝器丝网、更改掺和阀、更换尾气分液罐内件及并入旧分液罐的改造,成功降低了硫回收系统的运行阻力。
Aiming at the phenomenon of increased resistance in the sulfur recovery system of the company,a targeted improvement plan was proposed.The sulfur recovery was successfully reduced by replacing the condenser screen,changing the blending valve,replacing the internals of the tail gas separator tank,and incorporating the old liquid separator tank.System operating resistance.
