轮胎生产过程中废气的产生及治理

轮胎生产的主要原料为橡胶、炭黑、硫磺、促进剂、防老剂等,在生产过程中会产生粉尘、有机废气、恶臭等污染物。近年来,云南、安徽、广东等地已有多起因轮胎生产污染而产生的环境投诉事件。因此,必须对轮胎生产过程中产生的废气污染物加以控制,才能有效缓解由此引发的大气环境污染问题。首先对轮胎生产废气排放节点及产生机理进行分析,在此基础上提出相应的污染防治措施,这对于轮胎行业绿色发展具有重要意义。

The main raw materials for tire production are rubber,carbon black,sulfur,accelerators,anti-aging agents,etc.In the production process,dust,organic waste gas,odor and other pollutants will be generated.In recent years,there have been many environmental complaints arising from tire production pollution in Yunnan,Anhui,and Guangdong.Therefore,it is necessary to control the exhaust gas pollutants produced in the tire production process in order to effectively mitigate the atmospheric pollution problems caused thereby.This article first analyzes the exhaust emission nodes and the production mechanism of tire production,and proposes corresponding pollution prevention measures on this basis.This is of great significance to the green development of the tire industry.
