摘要
对于阿卡波糖而言,如果形成了其中的组分A,那么根源在于物质异构化。阿卡波糖具备多种多样的结构类似物,对此应当选择与之相适应的制备手段并且全面结合其中的形成机制。经过全过程的阿卡波糖制备操作,可以得知异构性的阿卡波糖反应液有助于提炼出相对较高纯度的组分A,同时也借助了中性氧化铝以及强酸性阳离子的层析反应。因此可见,此项技术举措具有深层次的研究价值。
In the case of acarbose,if one of the components A is formed,the origin is the isomerization of the substance.Acarbose has a wide variety of structural analogs,which should be selected in accordance with the preparation method and fully integrated with the formation mechanism.Through the whole process of acarbose preparation,it can be known that the isomerized acarbose reaction solution helps to extract relatively high-purity component A,and also utilizes neutral alumina and strongly acidic cations.Chromatography reaction.Therefore,it can be seen that this technical measure is embodied in deep research value.
