摘要
针对目前环境影响评价文件编制质量参差不齐的状况,结合其编制中存在的主要问题,从遵循原则、选址论证、工程分析及环保措施方面,对建设项目环境影响评价报告编写提出几点看法。
In view of the current uneven quality of the compilation of environmental impact assessment documents,combined with the main problems in its preparation,from the aspects of compliance principles,site selection argumentation,engineering analysis and environmental protection measures,I talk about my own environmental impact assessment report on construction projects.Some comments prepared.
