机织物组织设计系统的开发

Development of texture design system for woven fabrics

通过VBA编程工具开发织物组织设计系统,介绍了该系统中各种组织的设计思路和应用效果,说明平纹组织、联合组织以及复杂组织的算法和实现,并对系统的可操作性进行验证。该系统可用于科研教学和技术研发,在系统中输入织物组织参数即可得出相应的组织图或上机图,省去了设计人员手工绘图的工序,使上机图更具规范性、便捷性和高效性,对科研工作具有一定的应用价值。

In this paper,a texture design system for woven fabrics was developed by using the VBA programming tools and the design methods and its applications were introduced. The algorithms and implementations of plain, complex and combination weave were described and the system operability was verified. The design system can be used in research, teaching and product development, the weave diagram or looming draft can be achieved only by filling the parameters instead of hand drawing, and the looming draft has the characteristics of normalize, convenience, and high efficiency,which show high values in for further research.
