Preparation of copper oxide coated porous boron nitride nanofibers composites by ethanol-thermal method

摘要 以多孔氮化硼(p-BN)纳米纤维为基底,通过醇热法在其表面原位生长氧化铜(CuO)纳米晶体,最终制得p-BN@CuO纳米复合材料,并对其光催化性质进行测试.研究结果表明,簇芽状CuO负载在直径约50 nm的一维p-BN纳米纤维基底的表面,此结构一方面利用p-BN纳米纤维作为载体分散氧化铜纳米晶体;另一方面,簇芽状CuO纳米晶体拓宽了p-BN纳米纤维的性质.CuO纳米晶体在p-BN纳米纤维表面的均匀负载,使得p-BN@CuO纳米复合材料对可见光有响应并对有机染料具有良好的催化降解性能. Here we designed a simple ethanol-thermal method to synthesize p-BN@CuO nanoeomposites by using po- rous boron nitride (p-BN) nanofibers as substrate and the CuO nanoerystals were in site grown on the surface of p-BN, then the photoeatalytie properties of the nanoeomposites were tested. The results indicated that the p-BN nanofibers with a diameter of about 50 nm were coated with bud-like copper oxide nanoerystals, which the p-BN nanofibers were used as substrate for dispersing the CuO nanostruetures while bud-like CuO broaden the properties of p-BN nanofibers. The unifm^l coating of CuO nanoerystals on the surface of p-BN nanofibers makes the p-BN@CuO nanoeomposites respond to visible light and have good catalytic degradation properties for organic dyes.
