一种新型生物基材砖的工艺设计及抗压性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据高速公路岩石边坡防护需求,选用糖污泥、小磨高速公路红壤作为主原料,添加纤维(椰丝和糖渣),按照工艺低能耗、易于操作性等原则设计中空缺角四边形生物基材砖,并进行抗压性能测试,筛选出生物基材砖组分的最优配比。结果表明:影响生物砖抗压强度的因素主次顺序为糖污泥>纤维(椰丝、糖渣)>红壤。极差分析发现,糖污泥在55%时抗压强度最大。通过测试生物基材砖的紧实度与断裂程度,确定生物基材砖中纤维的含量不能超过30%。通过测定生物基材砖的抗压强度,得出糖污泥含量55%、红壤含量15%、纤维含量28%是生物基材砖的最佳配比,此时生物基材砖的抗压强度达0.2835 MPa。 In accordance with the requirements for rock slope protection of highways, with sugar sludge and local surface soil of Xiaomo highway as the main raw materials, by adding fibber(coconut shred, sugar residue), hollow cutaway quadrilateral bio-bricks were designed according to the principle of low energy consumption, easy operation and subjected to compression resistance test. The results showed that the main factors affecting the compressive strength of the biological brick ranked as following: sugar sludge 〉fiber(coconut shred, sugar residue) 〉red soil;The bio-bricks possessed the maximum compressive strength when the sugar sludge content was 55%. Considering compaction degree and fracture degree of the brick in test, the fiber content could not exceed 30%. By optimum ratio experiment, the brick compressive strength was as high as 0.283 MPa when each content was as following: sugar sludge 55%, red soil 15% and fiber 28%. Thus, the bricks showed the greatest compressive strength when each content was: sugar sludge 55%, soil 15%and fiber 28%.
