摘要
【目的】筛选适合武定鸡的饲料添加益生菌株。【方法】本试验通过从武定鸡肠道中分离出10株芽孢杆菌,经生化鉴定、耐酸、耐胆盐、肠道粘附、抑菌试验,选择优良的芽孢杆菌进行16S r DNA同源性分析,并选用1日龄武定雏鸡进行饲喂试验。【结果】Bac C1为枯草芽孢杆菌,添加Bac C1组的武定鸡的体重、免疫器官指数、肠道中乳酸菌含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。而料肉比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】在饮水中加入武定鸡分离的芽孢杆菌Bac C1可以提高雏鸡的免疫能力和生产性能。研究结果为饲料添加菌株的筛选提供科学依据。
[ Objective] The aim of study is to select probiotics of suitable for Wuding Chicken for feed. [ Method] This study isolated 10 strains of Bacillus from the health of Wuding Chicken. After biochemical identification, acid resistance, bile resistance, intestinal adhesion, and antibacterial tests, excellent Bacillus was selected for 16S rDNA homology analysis and making feeding experiment which was started on 1 day old chicken. [ Result] The results showed tbat the weight, index of immune organs, content of lactic acid bacteria in intestinal of adding BacC1 group of Wuding Chicken were significantly (P 〈 0.05 ) higher than that of the control group. The feed meat ratio of experi- mental group ( P 〈 0.05 ) was lower than that of the control group. [ Conclusion ] The addition of Bacillus in drinking water for feeding chick- en can improve the immune and productive performance. This study provides a scientific basis for feed-added Bacillus strains.
