大黄、黄芩、诃子、黄连对嗜水气单胞菌体外抑菌效果的Meta分析 被引量:5

摘要 【目的】采用Meta分析法评价大黄(Rheum officinale)、黄芩(Scutellaria baicalensis)、诃子(Terminalia chebula)、黄连(Coptis chinensis)4种中草药对嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)的体外抑菌效果,为水产养殖动物嗜水气单胞菌病防治的中草药筛选提供参考。【方法】使用计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库,检索时限为建库至2018年1月,检索关于大黄、诃子、黄芩、黄连4种中草药对嗜水气单胞菌体外抑制效果的文献,并追溯相关参考文献。提取数据,利用Reviewer manager 5.3软件对数据进行Meta分析。【结果】共纳入8篇文献进行Meta分析,结果显示大黄对嗜水气单胞菌的抑菌效果显著高于黄芩[MD=0.85,95%CI(0.02,1.68),P=0.04];黄连的抑菌效果显著低于大黄[MD=-3.41,95%CI(-5.61,-1.21),P=0.002];黄连的抑菌效果显著低于黄芩[MD=-4.60,95%CI(-6.03,-3.17),P<0.0001];黄芩与诃子的抑菌效果无显著差异[MD=-0.33,95%CI(-1.54,0.88),P=0.59]。敏感性分析结果表明Meta分析结果均稳定。异质性分析结果表明,药敏结果的异质性主要因菌株的来源不同造成。【结论】根据Meta分析,大黄、黄芩、诃子和黄连4种中草药对嗜水气单胞菌的抑菌效果为大黄>黄芩和诃子>黄连,分析结果稳定,使用此4种中草药治疗嗜水气单胞菌病时建议首选大黄。 [ Objective] To provide references for screening the Chinese herbs for prevention and control of aquaculture animals' diseases caused by A. hydrophila, in vitro antibacterial eftects of Rheum officinale, Scutellaria baicalensis, Terminalia chebula , and Coptis chinensis against Aeromonas hydrophila were analyzed using Meta analysis method. [ Method ] Studies were retrieved in the database of China National Knowledge Infrastruc-ture (CNKI) , and the retrieving time linfit was from the built-up time of CNKI to January, 2018. The retrieving contents were the studies in concern of in vitro antibacterial effects of four Chinese herbs including Rheum officinale, Scutellaria baicalensis, Terminalia chebula, and Coptis chinensis against A. hydrophila. The related literatures were also retrospected. The data were collected and analyzed by the software Reviewer manager 5.3. [ Result] Eight studies were analyzed through Meta analysis, and the results showed that the antibacterial efl)ct of R. officinale against A. hydrophila was significantly stronger than that of S. baicalensis [ MD = O. 85, 95 % Cl (0.02, 1.68 ), P = 0.04 ] ; the antibacterial efl)ct of C. chinensis was significantly weaker than that of R. officinale [ MD = 3.41, 95 % Cl ( - 5.61, - 1.21 ) , P =0. 002 ] ; the antibacterial eft)ct of C. chinensis was significantly weaker than that of S. baicalensis [ MD = 4.60, 95 % Cl ( - 6.03, - 3. 17) , P 〈0. 0001 ] ; and that tbere was no significant diflhrence between the antibacterial effect of S. baicalensis and T. chebula [MD- - 0.33, 95 % C1 ( - 1.54,0.88 ) , P =0.59 ]. Sensitivity analysis showed that the results of Meta analysis were all stable. Heterogeneity a- nalysis showed that the heterogeneity of antibiotics sensitivity tests was mainly caused by different sources of bacterial strains. [ Conclusion] According to the Meta analysis, the order of antibacterial effects of the four Chinese herbs aganist A. hydrophila was R. officinale 〉 S. ba- icalensis, T. chebula 〉 C. chinensis, and the results of Meta analysis were all stable. R. officinale was reconunended as the first choice of Chinese herbs for treatment and control of A. hydrophila.
