广州市无偿献血情况及变化趋势分析

Analysis on the situation of voluntary blood donation and the trend of change in Guangzhou

目的调查2010—2016年广州市无偿献血的情况,分析广州市无偿献血的现状和趋势,为进一步完善无偿献血招募策略提供科学依据。方法数据检索自2010年1月1日至2016年12月31日广州血液中心无偿献血采集量及献血者的个人基本信息,包括:献血者性别、年龄、学历、职业、献血场所、每人次献血量等。结果 2016年广州市全血采集量为441371.8 U,比2010年增长13.49%,增长较为平缓,2013年还出现了下降情况,集体献血增长迅速高于个人献血增长;机采血小板2016年为62445 U,较2010年增长了69.02%,增长较为迅速;参加无偿献血人群中,人数比例最高的是18~24岁组,男性各年龄段无偿献血显著高于女性,差异有统计学意义(χ2=51259.201,P<0.000)。结论广州市无偿献血情况发展健康良好;无偿献血增长从街头献血向团体献血转变,加大无偿献血宣传力度,完善无偿献血长效机制,进一步提高街头无偿献血才能保障广州市无偿献血的稳定发展。

Objective： To investigate the situation of voluntary blood donation in Guangzhou in the past 2010-2016 years,and analyze the current situation and trend of voluntary blood donation in Guangzhou,so as to provide a scientific basis for further improving the recruitment strategy of voluntary blood donation. Methods： Data from January 1,2010 to December 31,2016 in Guangzhou blood center were collected,including personal blood donation and blood donors ＇ personal basic information,blood donors＇ sex,age,education,occupation,blood donation place,blood donation per person,etc. Results： The blood collection volume was 441371. 8 U during 2016 in Guangzhou,13. 49% higher than in 2010,the growth was relatively smooth,declined in 2013,the rapid growth of collective blood donation was higher than individual blood platelet growth; 2016 was62445 U,increased by 69. 02% compared to 2010,which was the more rapid growth; in blood donors,the highest proportion was 18 - 24 year old group. Blood donation in men of all ages were significantly higher than that in females,and the difference was statistically significant（χ^2= 51259. 201,P〈0. 000）. Conclusion： The blood donation of Guangzhou development is in good condition; blood donation changes from street blood donation to group blood donation,greater publicity efforts of blood donation should be made to improve long-term mechanism and the blood donation in Guangzhou city street in order to guarantee the stable development of blood donation.
