益气活血通脉汤联合甲钴胺治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变效果观察

Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai decoction combined with mecobalamin on type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的探讨分析益气活血通脉汤联合甲钴胺治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变效果。方法选取2014年1月—2017年12月本院收治的60例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者给予益气活血通脉汤联合甲钴胺治疗,对照组患者仅给予甲钴胺治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后神经传导速度及血液流变学指标。结果观察组患者临床疗效显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者神经传导速度、血液流变学指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者正中神经、腓总神经传导速度均显著提高,全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、全血还原黏度均显著降低,血浆黏度显著提高,且观察组患者神经传导速度、血液流变学指标改善更显著,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气活血通脉汤联合甲钴胺治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变可提高临床疗效,显著改善临床症状,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai decoction plus mecobalamin on type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods： Sixty patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated in our hospital from January2014 to December 2017 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group randomly. Patients in the observation group were given Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai Decoction combined with mecobalamin,while patients in the control group were given mecobalamin only. The clinical curative effect between the two groups,nerve conduction velocity and hemorheology index were compared before and after treatment. Results： The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in nerve conduction velocity and hemorheology before the treatment.（P〉0. 05） After the treatment,the conduction velocity of the median nerve（WNCV,SNCV） and common peroneal nerve（WNCV,SNCV） increased significantly in both groups. The whole blood hyperviscosity,whole blood hypoviscosity,and whole blood reduction viscosity were all increased. Significantly reduced,plasma viscosity was significantly increased,and the rate of neurotransmission and hemorheology were significantly improved in the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The combination of Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai decoction and mecobalamin can significantly improve the clinical curative effect of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy. The clinical symptoms are significantly improved and the quality of life of patients is improved. It is worth promoting.
