目前,图书馆学科馆员建设正遭遇人力资源、文献资源、管理体制等问题,使很多图书馆的学科馆员建设停滞不前。论文基于学科优势度的学科馆员共建是以学科优势为组织核心,使各高校可以快速的开展各个学科领域的学科服务,以节省大量人力资源,促使学科馆员发挥更大的服务效能,实现自身社会价值,提升图书馆的服务水平。

At present, the construction of subject librarian in library is encountering the problems of human resources, literature resources and management system, which makes it grinding to a halt. This paper draws the conclusion that the co-construction of subject librarian services based on the subject superiority degree is the core of the organization, so that the colleges and universities can quickly carry out the subject services in various of fields, and save a lot of human resources. At the same time, the subject librarians can exert greater service efficiency to realize their social value and improve the service level of the library.
