摘要
评述了国内外碳钢直读光谱标准方法。比较了国内外常用几种光谱分析方法的分析范围、精密度、分析条件。结果发现,GB/T 4336–2016 《碳素钢和中低合金钢火花源原子发射光谱分析方法 (常规法)》分析范围比2012版及国外标准方法的范围窄,在实际生产使用中的分析范围经常超出标准规定的范围。展望了未来直读光谱分析方法未来的发展趋势。
The analysis methods of direct reading spectrum at home and abroad were reviewed. The analysis range, precision and analysis conditions of several spectral analysis methods commonly used at home and abroad were compared. The results showed that the analysis scope of GB/T 4336–2016 Analysis of Spark Source Atomic Emission Spectrometry (conventional method) for Carbon and Low Alloy Steel was narrower than the that of 2012 and foreign analytical methods. The scope of analysis in actual production is often beyond the scope specified by the standard. The future development trend of direct reading spectrometry was prospected.
