摘要
充填接顶效果是影响充填质量的重要因素。针对由于充填料浆自身的沉缩性、泌水性导致常规的充填接顶技术难以达到理想效果的问题,自主研发了充填料浆膨胀剂,该材料克服了充填料浆沉缩性及泌水性的缺陷,通过浆体自膨胀,达到充填体体积膨胀,从而实现充填完全接顶。经试验检测,在充填料浆浓度72%,灰砂比1∶4,膨胀剂添加量为充填料浆总质量的0.8%时,充填体体积膨胀率为18.2%,充填体强度为1.76 MPa。
Roof-contacted filling effect is an important factor influencing the filling quality. Due to the contraction and bleeding of filling slurry,the conventional filling technology can not achieve the ideal roof-contacted filling effect.In this paper,the independently developed filling slurry expansion agent is used to overcome the defects of filling slurry contraction and bleeding. Through the expansion of the slurry,the goal to achieve volume expansion of the filling body and thus fully roof-contacted filling is reached. The experimental results showed that the volume expansion rate was18. 2 % and the filling strength was 1. 76 MPa when the filling slurry concentration was 72 %,the ratio of cementsand ratio was 1∶ 4 and the expansion agent dosage was 0. 8 % of the total mass of the filling slurry.
