衬板是球磨机经济运行的关键部件之一。针对排山楼金矿选矿厂MQG3245格子型球磨机运转过程中出现的格子板经常脱落、安装劳动强度大、安全性降低等问题,通过技术改造,更换球磨机格子板。橡胶格子板的使用,解决了端盖磨损、渗矿等问题,提高了安全性,降低了维修频率,降低了电耗和成本,提高了设备运转率,值得推广。

The lining plate is one of the key parts for economic operation of ball mills. The grid plate in MQG3245 grid ball mill used by Paishanlou Gold Mine often fall off,its installation takes great labor intensity and the operation safety level goes down during operation. So technical renovation has been carried out,replacing the grid plates in ball mills. The application of rubber grid plates avoids the end cap wear and ore seepage,improves safety level,reduces maintenance frequency,lower power consumption and cost and increases operation rate of equipment. The renovation is worth promotion.
