某低品位含金硫精矿生产工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对某含金硫精矿性质,开展了直接再磨氰化浸出金银—浸渣销售、焙烧制酸—烧渣再磨氰化浸出金银、焙烧制酸—氯化法提取有价金属等选冶工艺试验研究,并从产品方案、技术、经济、现场管控等方面对各种处置方式进行了对比分析。结果表明:相比其他几种工艺,含金硫精矿焙烧制酸—氯化法提取有价金属工艺可以明显提高有价金属回收率,获得金综合回收率81.67%、银综合回收率54.81%、铜综合回收率77.52%、硫回收率90%的较好指标。 According to the property of a gold-bearing sulfide concentrate,the paper carried out experimental research on metallurgical processes,being flotation concentrate regrinding prior to cyanidation leaching of gold and silver-leaching tailings for sale,roasting and acid making-calcine regrinding prior to cyanidation leaching of gold and silver,roasting and acid making-valuable metals extraction by chlorination,and compared and analyzed them in terms of product plan,technology,economy and field management. The results show that compared to other processes,the goldbearing concentrate roasting and acid making-valuable metals extraction by chlorination process can significantly increase the recovery rate of valuable metals,obtaining a gold comprehensive recovery rate of 81. 67 %,silver comprehensive recovery rate of 54. 81 %,copper comprehensive recovery rate of 77. 52 % and sulfur comprehensive recovery rate of 90 %,which are fairly good index.
