摘要
针对目前在组织工程中应用的材料不能完全满足组织工程要求,而新型的生物材料具有更为优异的性能和更广阔应用前景的现状,对各种生物材料的性能及应用前景进行综合分析,探讨能满足组织工程的具有优异性能的生物材料。同时,对目前这些生物材料在组织工程中的应用和发展进行探究,从而对未来在组织工程中应用的可生物降解支架的发展方向进行导向和分析。
According to the status that the materials used in tissue engineering cannot fully meet the requirements of tissue engineering at present,while new biomaterials have superior performance and broader application prospects,the performance and application prospects of various biomaterials were comprehensively analyzed,and biomaterials that can meet the needs of tissue engineering and have excellent performance were discusses. At the same time,the current application and development of these biomaterials in tissue engineering were explored to guide and analyze the direction of the future development of biodegradable scaffolds used in tissue engineering.
