摘要
以职住平衡的概念与测度方法为研究对象,通过文献回顾法,系统梳理和归纳了职住平衡的概念,分析评价各种职住平衡的测度方法优势、劣势及适用条件.认为地域视角下的职住平衡概念与测度方法是以规划师的思维模式出发审视区域内部的结构布局,旨在为城市建设提供直接的指导建议;个体视角下的职住平衡本质则是对就业者来说合理的通勤距离和通勤时间,与居民的生活质量息息相关.
This paper takes the concepts and measurements of jobs-housing balance as the research project.After reviewing previous literature,the concepts and the measurements of job-housing balance are summarized.In the last part,the paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the current methodologies.The following conclusions are drawn.Area-based jobs-housing balance aims to provide direct instructions for urban construction with urban planners thinking mode.Individual-based jobs-housing balance focuses on reasonable commuting distance and duration,which is related to the life quality of residents.
