摘要
选取某U型弹簧片为研究对象,分析其生产材料——Si-Mn系弹簧钢的生产工艺流程和工艺技术,以及U型弹簧片的冲压工艺和热处理工艺在此基础上,进一步分析弯曲件回弹值Δα的影响因数。分析表明:设计模具时应考虑回弹余量,使零件成型尺寸达到图样设计尺寸的要求,以达到降低零件生产废品率和提高零件生产效率的目标。
A certain U spring sheet is selected as the research object, and the production process and technology of Si-Mn spring steel are analyzed. On this basis, the stamping process and heat treatment technology of U type spring sheet are analyzed. The influence factor of the springback value Δ α of the bending part is further analyzed. The analysis shows that the springback allowance should be taken into account in the design of the die, so that the forming size of the parts can meet the requirements of the drawing design size, in order to reduce the production scrap rate of the parts and improve the production efficiency of the parts.
