采煤机调高系统的机液协同仿真分析

摘要 针对采煤机的工作原理,建立了调高运动模型,并采用MATLAB软件对模型进行了一系列的测试,考虑到活塞位移对实际调高油缸的容量影响,还建立了相关的模型,以更好地分析采煤机调高系统的操作原理及其数学建模。 According to the working principle of the shearer, the model of the height adjustment is established, and a series of tests are carried out by using MATLAB software. Considering the influence of piston displacement on the capacity of the oil cylinder, the related model is also established. In order to better analyze the operation principle and mathematical model of the height adjustment system of shearer.
