针对7LS7型采煤机的调高油缸容易出现漏油等故障的问题,通过分析得出了导向套的O形圈易损坏、导向套的设计宽度不足和活塞杆的实际荷载超出设计值等问题是导致油缸漏油的原因,并针对这些问题提出了导向套分体设计、扩大导向套和降低溢流压力的改进措施,以降低7LS7型采煤机调高油缸在生产中的故障率。

Aiming at the problems of easy oil leakage and other faults of the high-profile oil cylinder of the 7 LS7 coal mining machine, the problem that the O-ring of the guide sleeve is easy to damage, the insufficient design width of the guide sleeve and the actual load of the piston rod exceed the design value is the cause of the oil leakage of the oil cylinder, and the improvement of the guide sleeve split design, the expansion guide sleeve and the lowering overflow pressure are put forward aiming at the problems, and the failure rate of the 7 LS7 type coal mining machine in the production is reduced.
