摘要 在对自动张紧装置应用现状分析的基础之上,分析了带式输送机在运行过程中输送带内张紧力的变化趋势和情况,提出了对带式输送机输送带张紧力的实时监测方案和自动张紧装置的调节方案,对新型自动张紧装置的液压系统利用AMESim流体仿真软件进行了建模和仿真分析,从理论上证明了该新型带式输送机自动张紧装置的可行性,克服了传动带式输送机自动张紧装置的弊病,大幅提高了输送带的使用寿命和带式输送机工作的可靠性和平稳性。 Based on the analysis of the application of automatic tensioning device, this paper analyzes the changing trend and situation of the tension force in the belt during the operation of the belt conveyor. The real-time monitoring scheme of belt tension and the adjusting scheme of automatic tensioning device are put forward. The hydraulic system of new type automatic tensioning device is modeled and simulated by AMESim fluid simulation software. The feasibility of the new type belt conveyor automatic tensioning device has been proved theoretically. The disadvantages of the transmission belt conveyor automatic tensioning device have been overcome, and the service life of the belt and the reliability and peace of the belt conveyor have been greatly improved.
