矿用刮板机中部槽耐磨技术研究

Study on Wear Resistance Technology of the Middle Groove of Mine Scraper

以刮板机中部槽为研究对象,从推移耳损坏和中部槽磨损两方面对刮板机中部槽失效原因进行了相关分析,基于此提出了提高中部槽耐磨性的方法,主要有提高槽帮抗磨性和中板、底板抗磨性,对提高中部槽使用寿命有一定的参考借鉴意义。

Taking the middle slot of the scraper as the research object, this paper analyzes the failure reason of the middle slot from two aspects： the damage of the moving ear and the wear of the middle slot. Based on this, the method to improve the wear resistance of the middle slot is put forward. It mainly improves the anti-wear property of the slot side and the middle plate and the bottom plate, which has some reference significance for improving the service life of the middle slot.
