Design and Research of On-line Vibration Diagnosis System for Train Gearbox

基于货车变速箱运行故障在线振动诊断系统设计可行性的分析,针对货车变速箱运行故障给出在线振动诊断方法,并采用Lab VIEW软件建立齿轮箱故障诊断系统,以期提高诊断结果的准确性。

Based on the analysis of the feasibility of the on-line vibration diagnosis system for the operation failure of the freight car gearbox, the on-line vibration diagnosis method is given for the operation failure of the freight car gearbox, and the Lab VIEW software is used to establish the gear box fault diagnosis system, in order to improve the accuracy of the diagnosis results.
