摘要
主要探讨了应用变频技术改造煤矿皮带机时出现的问题和处理策略,并就煤矿皮带机改造工作中变频技术的应用状况做了阐述。结合应用实践得出:采用变频技术对煤矿皮带机进行改造,有利于提高煤矿作业效率、合理控制成本消耗、实现节能减排的发展目标。
This paper mainly discusses the problems and treatment strategies when applying frequency conversion technology to transform coal mine belt conveyor, and expounds the application of frequency conversion technology in the reform of coal mine belt machine. Combined with the application practice, it is concluded that the use of frequency conversion technology to transform coal belt machine is beneficial to improve the efficiency of coal mine operation, to control the cost consumption reasonably, and to realize the development goal of energy saving and emission reduction.
