摘要
针对某矿深部采区区段煤柱宽度及巷道支护方案的设计难题,首先对区段煤柱的影响因素进行分析,运用深井厚煤层综放工作面窄煤柱沿空掘巷技术,对该矿1303轨道顺槽与上区段采空区之间留设的窄煤柱宽度进行计算,进而设计出1303轨道顺槽的永久支护方案,并进行了实践应用及围岩变形量观测,保障了沿空巷道围岩的有效控制,实现了预期的技术经济效益。
In view of the difficult design problem of pillar width and roadway support scheme in deep mining area of a certain mine, the influencing factors of coal pillar in section are analyzed, and the technology of narrow pillar driving along gob in fully-mechanized caving face in deep and thick coal seam is used. The width of the narrow coal pillar left between the 1303 track trench and the upper goaf of the mine is calculated, and the permanent support scheme of the1303 track trench is designed, and the practical application and the observation of the surrounding rock deformation are carried out. It ensures the effective control of the surrounding rock along the goaf and realizes the expected technical and economic benefits.
