基于PLC的煤矿架空乘人装置控制系统研究

Study on Control System of Overhead Passenger Device in Coal Mine Based on PLC

针对基于PLC开发的一套架空乘人装置控制系统,详细介绍硬件及软件的组成结构、功能、原理,并在煤矿井下进行实验应用。研究证明:此系统大大缩短了煤矿工作人员在路途上所消耗的时间,节约了工作人员的体能,实现了煤矿架空乘人装置的自动化控制。

Based on PLC, a control system is developed, and the structure, function and principle of the hardware and software of the system are introduced in detail. Experimental application is carried out in underground coal mine. It is proved that the system can greatly shorten the time consumed by the coal mine workers on the way, save the physical ability of the workers, and realize the automatic control of the overhead passenger equipment in the coal mine.
