摘要
针对矿用皮带输送机运行过程中带速与运量不相匹配导致电能消耗大的问题,提出了基于变频调速节能控制策略,同时在启动过程中采用功率平衡方法,并对仿真系统进行了设计,以达到皮带输送机的节能优化。
In view of the mining operation process of belt conveyor belt speed and capacity does not match to the problem of large power consumption, energy-saving control strategy was proposed based on frequency control of motor speed, and in the power balance method is used in the process of start, and the simulation system was designed, in order to achieve energy-saving optimization of belt conveyor.
