摘要
基于工业机器人的应用优势,从料盒夹具、料盒转台、取料机器人、撕膜、取纸机器人、易撕贴供料机介绍了六轴机器人在大型玻璃基板搬送过程中的解决方案、电气及软件设计,针对机器人在搬运过程中难点作了具体分析。六轴机器人的上料系统在进行大型玻璃的搬运过程中效果良好,大大提高了生产效率,满足了客户的需求。
Based on the application advantage of industrial robot, from the material box fixture, the material box turntable, the material collection robot, the film tearing, the paper drawing robot, easy to tear and paste the feeding machine, this paper mainly introduces the solution, electrical and software design of six-axis robot in large glass substrates, analyzes the difficulty of robot in moving. Based on the good effect of application of six-axis robot in large glass substrates automatically, it improves the efficiency and satisfies the customer's needs.
